INHEMETER Became A Board Member of STS Association

In early April of 2018, INHEMETER became a member of the board of directors of the STS (Standard Transfer Specification) Association.

The Standard Transfer Specification (STS) has been recognized as the only globally accepted open standard for prepayment systems,ensuring the interoperability among certified systems and products from different manufacturers.

The STS Association founded in 1997 is the management organization of the STS prepayment metering technology standard. The key operational objectives of the association are to maintain the necessary infrastructure; promote the technology internationally and further develop the standard to meet emerging international demands for additional functionality.

Over the years, many products of Inhemeter have obtained the STS certification and have taken the lead in the STS prepaid products. In the future, INHEMETER serving as member of the STS technical working group and STS association board manufacturer can not only participate in the discussion and compilation of STS’s technology solution directly, but also  the STS technology plan discussions as representative of the STS manufacturer to lead the direction of STS prepaid development.
